Are you striving to live and lead in a way that reflects your values and purpose?

As leaders, visionaries, educators, and creatives, we are often pulled in competing directions when we are up to big things.

We all need dedicated time and space to get grounded in who we are and what we are meant to do - our unique purpose in the world.

Join us at one of our upcoming purpose gatherings!

The Arc of our work INCLUDEs:

  • Creating a Vision for Living and Leading on Purpose
  • Making Decisions and Taking Aligned Action
  • Responding to Obstacles
  • Using Reflection and Inquiry as Tools for Improvement
  • Tapping the Wisdom of the Collective

Visionary Leadership

(June 23, 2017)

Our journey started with an introduction and taste of the year long curriculum. We created vision maps which inspired and grounded us in our purpose. We explored how to take action in ways that are aligned with our purpose and how we can use awareness and self-compassion when we encounter obstacles on the journey.

Overcoming Obstacles

(Sept. 23, 2017)

On September 23, we focused on developing the capacity and courage to respond to obstacles that inevitably arise when we are doing work that is in deep alignment with our heart and soul.  In this experience, we released the blockages that no longer serve us and reconnected with our past, present and future selves!

Aligned Decision-Making

(Dec. 9, 2017)

We will focus on how to make daily decisions and take action that is reflective of our higher purpose. This may mean saying “no” more so that we can say “yes” to what is essential and aligned with our purpose.

Committing to Lead On Purpose

(March 3, 2018)

We will revisit our vision maps for the future, reconnect with our community of purpose-driven leaders, and begin to set up support structures and commitments for living and leading with integrity.
